We are a group of seasoned sales and development professionals with extensive experience in the Las Vegas condominium market.  Our team is comprised of prior sales managers and executives from Panorama Towers I & II, Panorama Tower North, Vdara, Veer, and Mandarin Oriental.  Our combined team has been involved in condominium sale closings in excess of $800 million in the Las Vegas market alone.

After years of solely representing developers and sponsors, our team was formed to equip existing owners, lenders, and purchasers with the same necessary resources to make informed decisions regarding the Las Vegas condo market.  We believe that the market can improve and advance when there is true transparency of information, including comparable sales (comps) and the accurate tracking of current and future availability.
