TONY PREUS
Tony Preus is a lifelong resident of Las Vegas and since 2005 has been in the sales and marketing arena for local high-rise condominiums. From 2009-2010, Tony was Vice-President of Sales for Panorama North Marketing, LLC--the exclusive sales and marketing agent for Panorama Tower North. Prior to that, he was the President of Sales and Marketing for Hallier Properties, the developer of Panorama Towers I, II and Panorama Tower North, where he was responsible for creating sales plans, developing and implementing local and national media campaigns, and designing high-end collateral.
Following the successful sell-out of Panorama Towers I and II (650 units), Tony managed the resales of Tower I and II, handling the closing of an additional 100 resale units working with both individual sellers and buyers. Prior to his real estate career, Tony was Vice-President of Sales for an outdoor division of Clear Channel Communication from 1996-2005. He was responsible for a sales staff of ten representatives who posted unsurpassed sales records during his tenure. Tony was formerly Vice- President of Marketing for two separate national franchise companies--Subway Sandwiches, 1991-1996 and Blockbuster Video from 1987-1991. Tony is a licensed real estate sales person and has an undergraduate degree from University of Nevada, Reno.
